One day, I was waiting in my vet office for pet owners and my dad came in with his pet eagle. I didn’t know Dad had a pet eagle! My dad said that his eagle’s mouth couldn’t snap shut. The eagle’s name was Fred. I looked inside Fred’s mouth and I saw that something was holding it open. It was a rock shaped like a fish. Fred must have eaten it because it looked like a fish. The rock had cut the roof and the bottom of his mouth and it was bleeding a little bit. I pulled it out. It stopped bleeding. Now Fred can snap his mouth shut again. Dad said “thank you for helping my eagle” and I told him that Fred can only eat soft foods until his cuts heal.
